Requirements
Driver Eligibility
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must hold a valid U.S. driver's license.
- License must be valid for the entire rental period.
- Only approved drivers listed on the booking may operate the vehicle.
Insurance Requirements
- All renters must have valid automobile insurance for the duration of the reservation.
- Renters may use their personal auto insurance policy, purchase coverage directly on our website, or obtain coverage through RentalCover.
- Insurance will be verified prior to vehicle pickup.
Payment & Security Deposit
- A valid credit or debit card is required. Zelle may be used for only for approved users.
- A refundable security deposit between $150-$350 will be required prior to pickup, with pricing depending on the vehicle & payment method.
- No cash payments accepted.
Vehicle Use
- Vehicles are permitted to travel anywhere within the New England region, travel outside the New England region is only permitted to NY, NJ, and PA with an extra charge of $100.
- Standard mileage allowance is up to 200 miles per day. Unlimited Mileage add-on is available at check out.
Easy Booking Process
Follow these steps to get on the road!
1. Choose Your Car
Browse available vehicles and select the one that fits your trip. All vehicles are professionally maintained and ready to go.
2. Choose Your Dates
Pick your pick-up and drop-off dates to check availability and pricing.
3. Fill In Your Information
Fill in your booking information, including your contact details, license information, and any special requests.
4. Insurance & Protection Options*
Insurance is required. Guests may provide their own personal insurance, purchase our protection at checkout, or purchase third party insurance from RentalCover.
5. Pickup The Vehicle
Once all payments have been completed and required documentation is verified, proceed to the pickup location to collect your vehicle!.
*At checkout there are 3 available insurance options. For our 2 full coverage policies (Auto Basic & Auto Essential) you must be at least 25 years old to select this option. For the Roamly Rental Shield policy, you must be at least 21 years old and already holding auto liability insurance. If you do not meet either of these requirements you may purchase coverage from RentalCover or provide your own insurance.
